Challenges
The problem of maintaining a consistent design across the many user roles that the software will support. Maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic while creating a functional and attractive UI design was key to ensuring brand recognition and user trust.
The platform needed to function seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with a responsive design for various screen sizes. The achievement of high levels of complexity and, at the same time, simplicity.
Solutions
Dextersol’s team approached the project with a clear understanding of the client’s needs and utilized Figma for its collaborative design process. What we did in Figma is to create a whole design library that consists of the components library, color libraries, type libraries, and grid systems that help us ensure consistency with the users.
Dextersol’s team invested huge efforts into the study of the users’ processes, making the platform engaging for users to have a lot of tools without being complicated. Used Figma’s prototyping tools to simulate user interactions and refine the platform’s flow, allowing for early-stage feedback and iteration.
